THE HISTORY OF E-CLUB OF DISTRICT 7545

- Being updated, more soon -

Our first literacy project, an investment in Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, expanded to include the distribution of children and young adult books through the North Central West Virginia Community Action Agency, paperback book distribution to active military service personnel through Operation Paperback, and this spring helped restore a children’s library in New Jersey. The club sponsors two high school freshmen to RYLA, and participates in the annual Mon-Preston “Rise Against Hunger” event. Although most members hail from the WVU-Morgantown area, the club has welcomed members from other areas in West Virginia, North Carolina and Florida. E-Club programs are open to any Rotarian looking for a make-up meeting, and an E-club membership particularly suits those who cannot attend regularly scheduled meetings. Meetings are held online.
