The District 7545 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) progran is a workshop for 9th grade youth in WV. These young adults are chosen for their leadership potential to attend an all-expense-paid training program designed to build, strengthen, and exercise leadership skills, self-confidence, and character. They are sponsored by Rotary Clubs all across District 7545 (West Virginia) and are joined by Rotary Exchange students from other countries.
​RYLA provides a memorable opportunity to learn, grow and have fun while making some new friends along the way. Those who attend a RYLA workshop are generally better able to successfully manage their own lives and careers and make a difference by being leaders in the community.
